Three Oh Six started with a skin rash I got from my polyester pajamas. Since then, every style we make is free from polyester, nylon and acrylic, tees and sweats included. For everything you wear during the day, we use organic cotton.

Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, synthetic fertilisers or GMO seeds. The fibre is robust, absorbent and feels soft with a little texture. Our manufacturer is GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard).

We sew at Somália in northern Portugal, a workshop with more than 50 years of experience. Our fabric comes from Portugal too, so everything from fabric to finished piece is made in one country.

The questions we get asked most.

Why organic cotton instead of conventional cotton?
Because it's grown without synthetic pesticides, synthetic fertilisers or genetically modified seeds. With conventional cotton, all of that is allowed. Our manufacturer is GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), the international standard for textiles made from organic fibres.
How soft is the fabric?
Really soft. Not all cotton is the same: there are countless qualities, and many of them feel stiff or rough. That's why we spent a long time looking for the perfect organic cotton and found a fabric so soft that nothing scratches your skin. It comes from Portugal.
How heavy is the fabric?
Medium weight: not too thin and not too thick, so you can wear it almost all year round.
Why cotton instead of polyester?
Cotton absorbs around 8% moisture, polyester under 1% (standard textile values). So sweat doesn't just sit on your skin. Cotton also builds up hardly any static. And in a Ghent University study, polyester T-shirts smelled less pleasant and more intense after exercise than cotton ones (Callewaert et al., 2014).
Organic cotton or TENCEL™ Modal?
Depends on what for. TENCEL™ Modal feels cool and silky and absorbs even more moisture, which is why we use it for our pajamas. Organic cotton has more texture, feels warmer and is our pick for everything you wear during the day.
Is the fabric suitable for sensitive skin?
Organic cotton is a soft plant fibre, and we use no polyester, nylon or acrylic at all. Our manufacturer is tested to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which screens textiles for harmful substances. If you have a skin condition, please check with your doctor first.

So ein flauschiger Hoodie! Ich mag es, dass der Reißverschluss so verarbeitet wurde, dass er nicht so präsent ist. Die Farbe ist auch total schön. Perfekt für die kühleren Tage :)

Dieser Hoodie ist so schön kuschelig weich und warm. Genau das Richtige für kühler werdende Abende und Tage. Ich trage ihn mit der der langen Hose. Die Farbe finde ich Mega.
