Please use our returns portal and select "Damaged Item" as the reason for your return. Let us know what's broken and add a few photos, so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

You can easily start a return through our returns portal. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with the original hang tags attached and in the original packaging.

DE and AT orders:
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You will receive a DHL label from us after you registered your return in our returns portal. A return fee of € 6,90 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned styles. If they are in the same original condition as when they reached you, you will receive your refund to your original payment method. If you choose store credit instead, the return shipping is free and you'll receive an additional 10 % coupon code.

Outside DE and AT orders:
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For orders placed outside Germany and Austria, please create the return label yourself. You will find the return address in our returns portal once you have registered your return.
