My old polyester pajamas gave me a skin rash the next morning. So I wanted pajamas without polyester. But hardly any brand goes without polyester entirely. So I founded Three Oh Six and spent a year searching for the perfect fabric.

What exactly is TENCEL™ Modal?
TENCEL™ Modal is a fibre by Lenzing from Austria, made from beech wood. The wood is spun into a smooth, buttery soft yarn that absorbs moisture and releases it into the air instead of leaving it on your skin.
What's the advantage over polyester?
TENCEL™ Modal absorbs approx. 12 to 13% moisture, polyester under 1% (standard textile values). So sweat doesn't stay on your skin, and the fabric hardly builds up static. Polyester is made from petroleum, TENCEL™ Modal from beech wood.
And compared to cotton?
TENCEL™ Modal absorbs around 50% more moisture than cotton (approx. 12 to 13% versus approx. 8%, standard textile values) and feels silkier and smoother. Cotton is also pleasant on the skin, but rougher, and holds sweat in the fabric longer. We love organic cotton for the day and TENCEL™ Modal for the night.
Why do you sleep better in it?
At night your body gives off heat and moisture. TENCEL™ Modal absorbs the moisture and releases it into the air instead of trapping it on your skin. Nothing sticks, and you don't get too warm or too cold as quickly. That's why we recommend it for sleeping.
Does the fabric stay soft after many washes?
Yes. TENCEL™ Modal stays smooth and soft, wash after wash. Best washed at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, without fabric softener and without a tumble dryer.
Is the fabric suitable for sensitive skin?
That's exactly why we chose it. The fibre is especially fine and smooth, so the fabric lies softly on your skin and doesn't scratch. It absorbs moisture instead of leaving it on your skin, and we use no polyester, nylon or acrylic at all. If you have a skin condition, please check with your doctor first.

Ich nutze normalerweise immer Langarm zum schlafen, aber ich muss sagen, dass sie es ein absoluter GameChanger. Sitzt so unfassbar gut und fühlt sich einfach so gut an. Da merkt man wirklich die Qualizät. Und es macht es morgens noch schwerer auszuziehen, weil man sich einfach so fühlt, als würde man umarmt werden.
