Refund policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you have a voluntary 30-day return policy with us, starting from the day you receive your order. You can easily start a return through our returns portal. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with the original hang tags attached and in the original packaging.

You will receive a DHL label from us after you have registered your return in our returns portal. A return fee of €6.90 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned styles. If they are in the same original condition as when they reached you, you will receive your refund to your original payment method. If you choose store credit instead, the return shipping is free and you'll receive an additional 10 % coupon code. Exchanges are free as well.

This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights. While the statutory 14-day withdrawal period is running, a withdrawal is governed by our cancellation policy.
